Cartridge 5 years, surface plating 2 years.

Question 3- What are your payment terms?

By telegraphic transfer, 30% of the deposit and 70% of the balance are paid before shipment from the factory.

Question 4- How long is your production time?

It depends on how much you order. Usually, it takes 30-35 days after we receive your deposit. And for large orders, we can work overtime to catch up with your goods.

Question 5- How to obtain samples?

We are pleased to provide you with samples. Samples can be sent by DHL or any other international express you wish.

Question 6- What quality assurance can we provide and how do we control quality?

100% inspection on the assembly line. All controls, checks, equipment, fixtures, total production resources and skills are checked for confirmation.
