A: We provide 3-5years quality guarantee for brass faucet and 1-2 years quality guarantee for zinc faucet as per different level
quality. If any defective is confirmed to be caused by us, substitution or repair part will be sent in the next order.
Q2: Do you make sample for customer? Will you charge it or not?
A: Yes, sample is available, customer needs to pay for the sample and express cost, but we will refund it after you place an
order.
